Lenovo think Pad

hallo zusammen ich habe mein pad zurück gesetzt und bekomme jetzt immer diese Fehlermeldung und es kommt beim neustart immer wieder.
the computer restartet unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation
