    Standard Plötzlich steht alles still

    Hallo.
    Ich bin neu hier und habe mich angemeldet,weil ich ein Problem habe. Ich habe ein "altes" Notebook HP Pavilion dv6000. Das Notebook ist ca. 4 Jahre alt. Seit neuestem jedoch steht mitten in einer Anwendung (bis jetzt ist es mir nur aufgefallen, wenn ich im Internet bin) alles still, d.h. ich kann die Maus nicht mehr bewegen und die Tastatur reagiert auch nicht. Ich kann dann nur ausschalten und wieder hochfahren. Natürlich dann mit Starthilfe. Das dauert immer lange und nervt. Ansonsten kann ich nicht klagen. Ich habe weder Spiele noch viel Musik noch sonst irgendwelche unnötigen Sachen gespeichert. Ich benutzte das Notebook lediglich für etwas Buchführung, das Internet und für mein Homeoffice (Citrix).

    Hat jemand einen Tipp ? Ich habe gestern defragmentiert (läuft auch automatisch) und auf Viren überprüft. Ansonsten habe ich leider von Computern keine Ahnung.

    Im Voraus danke für ein paar gute Ratschläge in einer Sprache, die ich verstehe und kein computer-chinesisch

    Das wird schwer
    Kannst du uns denn ein paar Daten zu dem Rechner machen?
    -Prozessor
    -RAM
    etc.
    Dazu, welches Betriebssystem? Schonmal ne Neuinstalation gemacht? Hast du eine CD zu dem Betriebssystem?
    Sind zwar ne menge Fragen, helfen aber sicher

    Danke für Deine schnelle Antwort.

    Prozessor ? RAM ? Keine Ahnung ?! Wo finde ich diese Info´s ? Es müssen doch hier irgendwo die "technischen Daten" zu finden sein ?

    Hm...ich habe noch ein Heft "Kurzeinführung", aber die CD´s haben das Auswandern nach Dänemark nicht überlebt
    Aber hier ist beschrieben, wie man das System ohne Disc wiederherstellen kann. Man es Sinn, das mal zu lesen/zu versuchen ? Gehen da irgendwelche Sachen verloren (Bilder, Dokumente), wenn man so etwas macht. Veilleicht reicht es auch, das System auf Zeitpunkt X zurückzustellen. Das hängt natürlich davon ab, wie weit man zurückgehen kann und kommt der gleiche Fehler dann möglicherweise wieder ?

    Ich hasse diese Technik...

    Hab´s geschnallt und jetzt auch gemerkt Leider kann ich den Screenshot hier nicht einfügen.

    Vielleicht sollte ich einfach einen neuen Computer kaufen und hoffen, dass der wieder 4 Jahre fehlerfrei funktioniert
